One of the best home-grown apples, Fuji offers super crisp, sweet, and juicy fruit with skin that ranges from yellow-green with red highlights to mostly red. Exceptional for fresh eating. Stores well; great for baking. Ripens in October. Pollinates with Gala, Golden Delicious, Jonathan, Red Delicious, Lodi. Bears fruit in 3-5 years.
