Pilea mollis
The Pilea Moon Valley is a native tropical plant to Central and South America. The name Moon Valley Pilea is given because their appearance look like the craters and valleys on the moon. They have bushy leaves that are typically a bright yellow-green with dark copper veins, that will grow to about 2 in. in length. It is a small plant, reaching 12″ in height or less. They don’t need much sunlight to thrive, and they do prefer humid environments.
Light Requirements: Bright, indirect light.
Water Requirements: Keep soil evenly moist, watering when soil is dry to the touch.
