The evergreen leaves of this holly variety are semi-glossy rich green and similarly shaped to an oak leaf, rather than like a traditional holly leaf. The plants produces orange-red berries in the winter months. It can be planted as a specimen tree, a background shrub, and it also makes a great barrier and privacy screen, needing no pruning or trimming to quickly grow into a solid wall of beautiful green.
