All Espoma® products are 100% organic. Espoma® Soil Perfector® is an all natural soil conditioner made from naturally derived ceramic material that has been kiln-fired at temperatures over 2000oF. The durable, lightweight granule this process creates has thousands of tiny spaces that hold a balance of water, air, and nutrients. It prevents compaction and promotes plant root growth, but it doesn’t break down like peat moss. Soil Perfector® also provides a permanent physical barrier protecting plant roots from voles. For use on flowers, vegetables, trees, shrubs and potted plants. Use prior to planting to permanently improve both clay and sandy soils.
