Euphorbia tithymaloides ‘Devil’s Backbone’
The scientific name for this plant, Pedilanthus tithymaloides, means “foot-shaped flower”. It features tall stems, smooth green leaves, and colorful “flowers” which are actually bracts or modified leaves shaped similarly to a foot. The leaves are lance shaped and thick on wiry stems. The bract color may be white, green, red, or pink.
Light Requirements: Bright, indirect sun.
Water Requirements: Water when top few inches of soil feel dry.
