Capsicum annuum

The ideal pepper for roasting, stuffing, or canning, as well as fresh. It is a mild pepper, 500-2,500 Scoville heat units. Plants grow up to 6″-8″ long and 1.5″-2″ wide and have thick walls. Green at the beginning and turns red once mature. 500-2,500 Scoville heat units (mild). A frost-sensitive perennial grown as an annual.

This packet sows up to 56 plants when started indoors.

75 days from transplanting to maturity.

Outdoors: For mild climates only: Sow 2-4 weeks after average last frost, when soil temperature is at least 70°F.
Indoors: Sow 8-10 weeks before transplanting. Ideal soil temperature for germination is 70°–90°F. Transplant seedlings outside 2-4 weeks after your average last frost date, and when daytime temperatures are at least 70°F, and nighttime temperatures are at least 55°F. In mild climates, it may be sown in late summer for fall/winter crop.
