Homegrown honeydews are far superior to grocery store melons. Vine-ripened ‘Sweet Delight’ has an unbelievably sweet, almost wine-like flavor. Each melon is 7″-8″ weighing between 7 and 8 pounds, with light green flesh and exterior. Vines grow to around 3′-6′ long.

Outdoors: Sow 1-2 weeks after your average last frost date, and when soil temperature is 70°–90°F.
Indoors: Sow 2-4 weeks before transplanting within 2 weeks after your average last frost date. Recommended for short-season areas. Sow into biodegradable pots that can be directly planted in the ground; roots are sensitive to disturbance.
