All items, including plants, must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased. Store credit will be issued for all returns. We cannot provide cash refunds. For online orders, a refund will be made to the original payment method.
If you received your order via local delivery, you must bring any items you want to return to our Broad Street store. This includes any bulk product. The exception to this policy is if the wrong item was delivered to you. In this case, we will return to your location to pick up the incorrect item(s) for free and bring the correct one(s).
Once shipped, all sales are final and no changes can be made to your order.
Any item you wish to return is subject to our general return policy and must be brought to our Broad Street store. The exception to this policy is if the wrong item was delivered to you. In this case, we will work with you on shipping the item back to us if you are not able to return it in-store. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery. In your email, include your order number and a picture of the incorrect item.
We are not responsible for weather-related damages.
We guarantee all plants were packaged in excellent condition. By purchasing a live plant to be shipped to you, you agree there is an inherent risk involved in the shipping process. This includes but is not limited to: broken stems, yellow leaves due to stress, or damage due to temperature fluctuation.
